Parts Finishing Group operates six spray coating lines at its plants in Warren and in Vassar, Michigan and in Chihuahua and Queretaro, Mexico. These lines enable PFG to respond to most any coating application outside the realm of mass finishing.

Five of these lines feature hydrostatic or electrostatic spray coating coupled with large batch ovens. Two of the lines are conveyorized and the line in Vassar has an inline oven.

PFG spray lines are capable of coating small and large parts in endless configurations. Parts are generally hung on racks or hooks on the conveyorized lines. In some cases, parts are laid out on trays and hand coated, then cured in the batch oven.

PFG has a lot of experience with parts requiring mashing. PFG has an excellent stock of mashing materials on hand and has the general know how to effectively keep costs down.
