About Vassar Coatings
As a member of Parts Finishing Group's family of secondary finishing operations, Vassar Coatings, is capable of supplying a wide range of services from a single quality certified facility.
Utilizing either electrostatic spray technology or HVLP spray guns, a wide variety of parts may be coated on one of our state of the art coating lines. For high volume production parts, a 720-place Chain-On-Edge (COE) line can be utilized. Parts are cured either in a gas fired in-line curing oven, an in-line infrared oven, or off-line in a batch oven.
Pretreatment of parts is accomplished in our five (5) stage Iron Phosphate / Alkaline Wash system.
